As a major employer in the region we recognise that we have a big responsibility to our local community, and many of our people support Bolton Lads and Girls Club - a charity working with young people across the area.
We collect donations from regular dress down days, and once a year we send a team to complete a monster charity challenge. We've sent people to climb Mount Kilimanjaro, trek across the Atlas Mountains, and we'll soon have a team rowing across the Atlantic.
We also allow everyone 2 MAD (Make a Difference) days each year, so all our people help a cause that's close to THEIR heart.
